How to Install and Connect Local AI (Ollama) to RealtyAI

Welcome to RealtyAI! To ensure your real estate data remains 100% private and secure, RealtyAI uses Local AI models that run directly on your machine.

Follow these quick steps to get your Local AI engine up and running:

Step 1: Download Ollama Ollama is the engine that powers our local AI models.

Step 2: Download Your First Model Once Ollama is installed, we need to download the AI model.

  • Open your Windows Command Prompt (search "cmd" in your Start menu).

  • Type the following command and hit Enter: ollama run llama3

  • Note: This will download a large file (around 4GB). Let it finish completely.

Step 3: Connect RealtyAI

  • Keep Ollama running in the background.

  • Open your RealtyAI desktop application.

  • The software will automatically detect your local Ollama engine and connect. You are now ready to start generating listings securely!
